We are seeking Acute Care Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants in the Fort Worth, TX area to work in the hospitals to assist with pulmonary and critical care call coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Current state license

  • Prefer acute care training

  • DEA certificate

Job Description:

  • Work in collaboration with other pulmonary and critical care physicians and APPs to provide coverage for a large service-line of pulmonary and critical care patients

  • Perform various procedures as needed, including: intubation, central line insertion, arterial line insertion, and thoracentesis

  • Provide direct clinical services for critically ill patients with a variety of underlying issues

  • Obtain patient health histories and complete physical exams

  • Formulate and implement diagnostic and treatment strategies
